Erin Cho brings a blend of high-level athletic experience and strong community involvement to SCS. As a former Division I soccer player and four-time youth national champion on a Northport team, I’ve developed a deep passion for the game and a strong understanding of player development. I’m a licensed coach with experience in the Red Bulls Youth Development Program and currently coach my son’s U9 boys travel team. In addition to my work on the field, I serve as PTA President at a Northport elementary school, where I’m committed to supporting youth growth both on and off the field.

Paul L. Dippolito is a lifelong athlete and coach with a deep commitment to youth development and community impact. Wrestled & competed at the highest levels of lacrosse, including playing high school lacrosse for the #1 ranked team in the U.S. and finishing #3 nationally in 2003. Went on to play four years of NCAA lacrosse, serving as a defensive leader and co-captain. Now a seasoned business development and sales professional with over 15 years of experience in marketing, branding, and growth strategy. A proud father of two young boys who play sports and love soccer. Actively coaching youth soccer since 2023 and currently completing U.S. Soccer coaching certification.

Natalia Diliberti brings a strong commitment to community service, youth development, and responsible nonprofit stewardship. She has over 15 years of experience in banking and real estate lending through her role as a Home Lending Officer at Citibank, where she helps individuals and families make informed financial decisions. She also brings extensive nonprofit leadership experience as a co-founder of the LIFE Scholarship Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding educational opportunities for cancer survivors and empowering communities through financial literacy education. In this role, she has led financial reporting and fundraising efforts, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with mission-driven programs. Deeply invested in supporting children, families, and the broader community, Natallia actively serves in leadership and volunteer roles across schools and youth-focused organizations, including as Treasurer of the Ocean Avenue Elementary PTA in Northport and as a financial literacy educator and mentor in New York City high schools and colleges. As Treasurer of Sand City Soccer, she is committed to building strong financial practices that support responsible growth while helping create meaningful, inclusive and safe soccer opportunities that foster teamwork, confidence, and community connection for young athletes.

Lauren Kearon is lifelong soccer aficionado with deep roots in both competitive play and youth development. Former Division I collegiate soccer player at St. John’s University, bringing high-level playing experience to coaching and training roles. Previously served as Head and Assistant Coach for Manhasset Girls Varsity Soccer and as Assistant Coach for Syosset Girls Varsity Soccer. Also worked as a soccer trainer with Royal Sporting Group, focusing on technical development and player confidence. Currently a parent coach for the NPT Cow Harbor U-12 Girls Super Falcons and an AP Biology teacher at Syosset High School, combining leadership, mentorship, and education to support the growth of student-athletes both on and off the field.

Drew Carr has a deep passion for his country and community. He graduated from the Stony Brook ROTC program and is now a 15-year veteran of the U.S. Army. He continues to actively serve as a Training Officer in the New York Army National Guard for the 106 th Regiment (RTI), the State’s premier military training institution. His civilian education consists of a bachelor’s degree in biology from SUNY Old Westbury, a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from LIU, and a master’s degree in athletic training from LIU. His clinical experiences as an athletic training student included providing emergency and rehabilitative care for St. John’s and United States Military Academy (West Point) athletes. Clinical experiences included covering women’s soccer, basketball, and softball and men’s lacrosse, ice hockey, and rugby. His military education includes U.S Army Ranger School, Ranger Training and Assessment Course, Basic Airborne Course, Infantry Basic Officer Leaders Course, Company Commander/1SG Pre-Command Course, Maneuver Captains Career Course. He has a deep passion for athletics and played competitively through the varsity level while attending St. Anthony’s HS. He continues to compete for the Long Island Warriors, a men’s Ice Hockey team for U.S. Military Veterans. His passion for youth sports began when his son AJ began playing soccer and ice hockey in 2021. During that time, he coached youth soccer for 4 seasons and ice hockey for 3 seasons.

Zack Rowan is a researcher and data analyst by profession, bringing a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to youth soccer development. With three years of hands-on youth soccer coaching experience and over 20 years as an avid recreational player, combines on-field experience with a deep understanding of how young athletes learn and progress. Passionate about teaching the game the proper way at an early age; rooted in age-appropriate rules, safety standards, and long-term player development principles. A strong advocate for small-sided games as the foundation for skill building, decision-making, and confidence, believing they are the key to unlocking every young player’s technical ability and love for the game. Committed to creating positive, structured, and fun learning environments that help children develop strong fundamentals while fostering a lifelong connection to soccer.

Stephen Kerekes is born & raised in Northport. He has worked for the village for the last 14 years and volunteered in the fire department for the last 23 years, I am deeply vested in the community. I am a huge supporter of youth sports programs as I believe organized sports play an integral part in the positive growth in kids. I feel my main contribution to the organization is bringing people from different aspects in the community together.

Lindsay Ostrander is a Northport-based restaurateur and entrepreneur, and the owner of Salted. On the Harbor, The Wine Cellar on Main, and an upcoming hospitality concept currently in development. She lives in Northport with her family and is deeply invested in the long-term vitality of the community. Through her restaurants, Lindsay focuses on creating elevated yet approachable dining experiences that support local partnerships and foster meaningful connection. She also serves as a Board Member of the Northport Chamber of Commerce, where she is actively involved in advancing local business, economic growth, and community engagement.

Billy is a community pillar, having dedicated his 25+ year career to serving and protecting others in emergency services throughout Suffolk and New York City. Now his passion for service and leadership has pivoted to the soccer field. Billy is a devoted father of two, a soccer enthusiast and a committed coach to his childrens teams. Billy enjoys sharing his love for the game with Northport's next generation.

Bryan Alcantara has over 20 years shaping the youth soccer landscape in New York and the Northeast, Bryan has served in leadership and development roles across three professional clubs: New York Red Bulls, New York Cosmos, and NJ/NY Gotham FC. He also serves as a Coach Developer for U.S. Soccer. Bryan’s work centers on elevating coaching standards, designing learning environments rooted in psychology and educational principles, and creating clear pathways for both players and coaches to grow. Above all, his passion is helping kids fall in love with the game by creating experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence and character, and support long-term development.

Meghan Dolan is a lifelong soccer player and fan of the sport. She grew up playing in her hometown of Westport, CT, for her school, state and district teams, and then at Harvard University (go crimson!). Meghan has been involved in coaching her children’s soccer teams in Northport and continuing her legacy of love for the beautiful game. Meghan is dedicated to the Northport community where she currently serves as Village Trustee and Deputy Mayor, and she is also a co-founder of Not In Our Town Northport and Northport Pridefest.

Lynn Kay is a Northport resident, parent, and community volunteer who is proud to serve as an advisor to Sand City Soccer. Her connection to the organization begins on the sidelines, cheering on her son and watching the confidence, teamwork, and joy the game brings to young players. That experience, combined with her deep love for her community, is what motivates her involvement. Lynn believes strongly that all children—regardless of income, background, or level of experience—should have access to a positive, high-quality sports program. She has long been involved in local schools and community organizations, serving in leadership and volunteer roles that focus on inclusion, equity, and building strong, supportive spaces for families. As an advisor to Sand City Soccer, Lynn is excited to support a mission that puts kids first and helps make soccer a place where every player feels welcome and valued.
