All of this, PLUS abiding by all U.S. Youth Soccer Rules, Regulations & Standards, is the perfect formula for our Player & Coach Development Programs.
This highly experienced team of local Northport soccer individuals will be working together to create an age-specific player development program so that all players (at each individual age group), will be learning the proper skillset for their level.
This will be set in place by the Coaching Development Program that all coaches will be trained on. The Coaching Development Program will provide coaches with the age-appropriate skillsets for their team. On top of that, the coaches will learn the best techniques and training drills to teach these skillsets. Also, they will learn how to run & structure practices to keep it fun and engaging for all players. Finally, they will also be given all of the necessary training equipment for their team, plus digital leave behinds for their use.
Throughout the season, all coaches, players and parents will be
supported by Sand City Soccer via our state-of-the-art youth soccer app. Full communication with the SCS Board & Advisors will be available on this app, as well as, scheduling, rosters, cancellations, rescheduling, etc.
HEALTH & SAFETY
To be part of Sand City Soccer you will have to go through a
REQUIRED background check. This is for all Board Members, Advisors, Coaches,
Parent Admins, Referees, etc.
Also, AED Machines & Emergency Services personnel will be on-site
at Sand City Soccer games.
